The gentleman sitting on the back of this car is Brentwood mayor Pat Kelley. He's been in office for awhile and the mayor before him was in office for...as long as I can remember really. If you've ever dreamt of being a mayor I'd highly suggest you move here because the office is almost never challenged when election time rolls around!
